Please be advised that during the Covid-19 pandemic it will not be possible to hold meetings of the CCG Governing Body in public as a result of social distancing requirements. The Governing Body has continued to meet virtually.

Due to on-going social distancing measures, meetings of the CCG Governing Body will be held virtually for the foreseeable future. In order to maintain openness and transparency in the conduct of our business, agendas and papers will be uploaded in advance to our website and a recording of the public part of our Governing Body meetings will be made available via the CCG’s website and social media platforms.

Please call us on 01226 433791 if you have any questions. You can also join us on Twitter for real time updates from the meeting.

Ask a question

Members of the public may if they wish submit question(s) relevant to the agenda, by email in advance of the meeting, by Tuesday 12 noon, 2 days before the meeting date.   At the Chair’s discretion, the questions and responses will be read out near the start of the meeting and incorporated into the formal minutes of the meeting.

Questions for Governing Body should be emailed to (clearly marked for the Governing Body) and should:

  • State clearly in the subject line of the email that it is a question for Governing Body
  • Be limited to a maximum of 100 words, and
  • State which item on the agenda the question relates to

Any other questions not related to the Governing Body agenda can be raised at any time via normal channels.

Patient stories

We always start our meetings with a patient story, something which reflects the experiences of the people who are using health and care services, from their point of view. We use these stories to bring the patient voice into the discussions and decisions we make as a CCG. Click here to see films of the patient stories from previous governing body meetings.
