Repeat prescriptions

We have been working with our local GP practices  and pharmacies during 2018 and 2019 to put in place a change to how patients order their repeat prescriptions.

Give your feedback

If you have changed the way you order your prescriptions, we’d like your views and comments on this to help us to determine how effective this work has been. You can complete the survey online by clicking here.

All of the information that you provide will be kept private and confidential and your details will not be shared. The survey should take no longer than five minutes to complete and any comments and feedback that you can provide us with will be much appreciated.

This survey can either be completed online or via paper copy (available from the participating GPs and pharmacies) and returned to us via the freepost address highlighted at the end of the paper copy surveys.

How will my feedback be used?

Your feedback will be used to see if the changes are working well and where improvements are needed. These changes are being rolled out to every GP practice across Barnsley and your feedback will help make these changes a smooth as possible.
