GP and pharmacy opening times in Barnsley this Early May Bank Holiday Monday 2022

A range of GP and Pharmacy services will be available across the borough for Barnsley residents this Bank Holiday Monday, 2^nd May 2022.

Same-day GP appointments can be made through the iHEART Barnsley service, whilst several pharmacies throughout the town will be opening for limited hours.

It’s important to choose the right services to meet your health and care needs.

GP services on Bank Holiday Monday - Call i-HEART Barnsley on 01226 242419

GP services will be available via the i-HEART Barnsley service, with phone lines open on Monday from 08:00 - 09:30 for same-day appointments between 09:00 - 14:00. Please call 01226 242419.
Outside of these hours, please call 111.

Community pharmacy services

Pharmacists are highly qualified health experts who can give you detailed advice on your medicine and provide treatment for common health problems.

Along with dispensing prescriptions, pharmacists provide a wide range of services and can advise on minor ailments such as colds, sprains, skin conditions, stomach upsets and allergies.
